Angelina Jolie Runs Into Name-Caller Amy Pascal

They say a picture is worth a thousand words…and I have a feeling those words might include “minimally talented spoiled brat.”  Angelina Jolie and Sony co-chairman Amy Pascal bumped into each other at The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Power 100 breakfast on Wednesday morning and this picture has everyone wondering if Jolie was aware of the emails Pascal sent about her. Not sure what emails I’m talking about?  Read on!

It’s no secret that Sony was hacked recently, which means a ton of private information has been leaked, including personal emails between Pascal and producer Scott Rudin.  The two exchanged racial jokes about President Obama in several emails, as well as some unfavorable comments about Jolie.

Check out this excerpt from one of Pascal’s emails:

I’m not destroying my career over a minimally talented spoiled brat who thought nothing of shoving this off her plate for eighteen months so she could go direct a movie. I have no desire to be making a movie with her, or anybody, that she runs and that we don’t. She’s a camp event and a celebrity and that’s all and the last thing anybody needs is to make a giant bomb with her that any fool could see coming.”

Ouch!

Both have apologized for their remarks.  Pascal said,

The content of my emails to Scott were insensitive and inappropriate but are not an accurate reflection of who I am.”

Head over to Gawker for all of the emails.  It’s pretty intense!

What do you think was happening in the picture?  Do you think Angie knew about the emails?  Was Amy apologizing?

P.S. Happy Christmas Break :)
